Junk food for example lollies,cake,and fried food are about as bad it can get .They are cheap convenie,taste good and are full of fats and refined sugars.kids can also be fussy in what they eat and adults can be lazy and don't cook healthy meals.One thing we can do as a class, a challenge to you all,we can substitute healthy food for junk food such as dried fruit .What I am saying to not totally give up un healthy food.
